Martin's 'Stalker' Wins Two Horror Awards / Kent Premiere
On Saturday night, Martin’s directorial debut, Stalker, walked away with two awards at the British Horror Film Festival, including Best Director! The film was up for five awards in total and also saw Billy Murray also pick up the gong for Best Supporting Actor. Many congratulations to Martin and all his team! ‘Stalker’ has received much critical acclaim and enjoyed it’s London premiere last Saturday evening at The Empire, Leicester Square. Martin will also be in Sittingbourne this Friday night when the film is given it’s Kent premiere at the Avenue Theatre in Central Avenue, at 7.30pm.
‘Stalker’ is a compelling psychological thriller which was also written by Martin. The plot sees a famous novelist retreating to the country to work on her new book, but a dark figure from her past is after her – the hunt is on. ‘Stalker’ is a nailbiting thriller in the tradition of’ Single White Female’ and ‘Misery’.
